This Privacy Policy describes how Prolaxies Ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) handles information in relation to the Aurevia mobile application (the “App”).

2. Information We Do Not Collect
In the current version of the Aurevia App:
- No Account Required: You can use the App as a guest without creating an account.
- No Data Collection: We do not collect, store, or process any personal data on our servers. All functionality is provided locally on your device.
3. Information Processed Locally on Your Device
The App requires you to input certain information to provide its core functionality, the BMI calculation. This includes:
- Height
- Weight
- Age
- Gender
This data is stored exclusively on your device’s local storage (app preferences) and is never transmitted to our servers or accessed by us. This data is processed solely for the purpose of calculating and displaying your BMI result within the App.
4. Basis for Processing
We process the data you input locally on your device based on your explicit consent. By entering your information and accepting this Privacy Policy within the App, you consent to this local processing.
5. Your Data, Your Control
Since all data remains on your device, you have full control over it. You can manage or delete this information at any time by:
- Changing the input values within the App.
- Clearing the App’s cache and data through your device’s operating system settings.
- Uninstalling the App, which will remove all locally stored data.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not share any user data with any third parties. As we do not collect data from your device, there is no information to share, sell, or disclose to advertisers, analytics providers, or other companies.
7. Data Retention
Your height, weight, age, and gender data is retained on your device only for your convenience until you:
- Manually change it.
- Clear the App’s data via your device settings.
- Uninstall the App.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our App is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since all information remains on the device, we have no mechanism to identify or collect information from any user.
9. Future Changes to This Policy and Our App
This policy reflects our current App practices. We have plans for future releases that will include features like accounts, personalized plans, and coaching. These future versions will collect and process data necessary for those features.
We will notify you of any updates to this Privacy Policy with a prominent notice on the App’s launch screen. The notice will be shown once per device after an update. Your continued use of the App after any modification to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the updated policy.
